“Weston was in the midst of becoming innovative in its approach to parks and recreation, making the town a model to others. Programming and events most definitely are a factor in a successful parks program, and Weston demonstrated a commitment to making the town a a great place to call home. The decision of the parks and recreation guidance document is nothing more than allowing former Councilmember Myerholtz a way to continue to assert control by way of bullying and coercion.”
